Giving back to my community

When I began working, I knew I wanted to give back to the community. Children are very close to my heart and it is my wish to see them happy, protected, safe, educated, fed and free.

As a child I remember how excited and happy I would be when someone ‘donated’ their clothes or toys to me. I have also seen the work and impact UNICEF has made all around the world, and I am impressed. These are the reasons why I trust that UNICEF will put my donation to good use.

I did not choose to donate to UNICEF, but UNICEF chose me. I remember waiting for my friend at the mall and this very nice and humble gentleman by the name of Tebogo approached me. He greeted politely and asked for a few minutes of my time. He briefly explained about UNICEF and in less than 5 minutes I was sold! It was a very easy decision to make since it involved children.

Donating to UNICEF makes me feel good and proud to bring positive change to the future generation.
